React Golf – Returns, Refund & Limited Warranty Policy

At React Golf, we stand behind the performance, craftsmanship, and quality of every product we make. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction through a fair and transparent return and warranty process.

Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us. Our products are built to perform, and we stand behind their quality.

1. General

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns for React Golf Putters

All putters are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in like-new condition with no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
To qualify, the putter must be returned in its original condition, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Blemished clubs are final sale and non-refundable.

To start a return, contact us at chris@reactgolfco.com with your order number and photos of your club in its current condition.
Please do not send items back without requesting a return first—they will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your existing one. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 days of purchase. After this period, production may have started, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

6. Inspection and Condition for Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is issued. Returns may be refused if the putter shows damage, wear, or signs of misuse.

Abuse and Neglect Clause

We expect customers to handle React Golf putters with care during the 30-day evaluation period. While minor wear from normal use is acceptable, we reserve the right to deny or partially refund items showing abuse or neglect, including but not limited to:

  • Physical damage: deep scratches, dents, or fractures

  • Improper use: using the putter for anything other than putting

  • Alterations: unauthorized modifications, repainting, or grip/component changes

  • Poor handling: dropping, mishandling, or exposure to extreme conditions

If we determine that a putter has been misused, React Golf may reject the return or issue a reduced refund based on condition.
By purchasing from React Golf, you agree to these terms and accept responsibility for proper care and handling.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To return a putter within the 30-day window, email chris@reactgolfco.com with your order details and photos of your club.

After inspection, if approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

8. Additional Information

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately for resolution.

  • Refund Processing: Allow time after inspection for processing and bank posting.

  • Exchanges: Return the original item, then purchase your replacement.

  • Refund Notification: You’ll receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Limited Warranty

React Golf warrants to the original purchaser that your React Golf Putter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Structural integrity of the putter head, shaft, and grip under normal playing conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, cosmetic blemishes, grip wear)

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or modifications

  • Damage resulting from commercial use, rentals, or use outside ordinary golfing activities

  • Any product purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand

Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is found:

  • React Golf will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model at no cost to you

  • Replacement of the product or component does not extend the original warranty period

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  2. Contact us at chris@reactgolfco.com

  3. We will provide shipping instructions for returning the product

    • Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us

    • React Golf will cover return shipping on valid warranty claims

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

  • React Golf’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product

  • React Golf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
