LIMITED WARRANTY

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

warrants to the original purchaser that your React Golf Putter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Structural integrity of the putter head, shaft, and grip under normal playing conditions.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dings, cosmetic blemishes, grip wear).

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or modifications.

  • Damage resulting from commercial use, rentals, or use outside ordinary golfing activities.

  • Any product purchased from unauthorized sellers or second-hand.

Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is found:

  • We will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model at no cost to you.

  • Replacement of the product or component does not extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, you must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt and order confirmation).

  2. Contact us at chris@reactgolfco.com.

  3. We will provide shipping instructions to send the product back to us. (customer responsible for shipping to us; we will cover return shipping on valid claims).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of PA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
